dkim: add support for generating z= field in signature

Adds a `CopyHeaderKeys` to SignOptions. If set then those headers will be included in the z= field of the generated signature.

Fix issue where b= appearing in a copied header breaks validation.

Minor change to regex used to clear the b=field during validation to avoid false matches in other fields. Fixes #77

DKIM doesn't validate signatures with i18n characters in some cases
