数据能不能发一份全新的？感觉像数据不全一样

canal由单topic改为多topic出现发送大量MSG，同一条数据库的修改重复大量发送mq消息

1. 前提：集群环境，两台机器：一台主，一台备。 2. 修改完两台机器之后重启两台实例，出现字段不一致问题 3. 出现历史binlog大量推送给mq，导致mq堆积
