How to enable cookies through nuxt middleware?

When the `detectBrowserLanguage. useCookie` is set to false, the`setLocaleCookie` is invalid. Actively set i18n_ Redirected cookies and redirects do not work.

Firebase phoneauth with nextjs - phone verification request contains an invalid application verifier, reCAPTCHA token is either invalid or expired.

Facing same issue here , Help needed please

Ensure read after write consistency

"Test" failed because the node version is too low(node-version: '12.x'). Maybe the node version should be updated in the "workflows/test.yml". I really need this PR. Thx~
