while run genJSON.m in my matlab, it says " Error File: genJSON.m Line: 367 Column: 1 Function definition is misplaced or improperly nested"

I printed the predicted coordinates while testing my model. But negative numbers are found when some parts of the objects in test dataset are cropped by myself. Is that normal...
