Quicksync not working using Xe driver on host

After updating to 10.10 and switching the Proxmox host to use the Xe driver, quicksync doesn't seem to work on guest VM. My device is Alder Lake UHD VGA (46d1)...

Is it possible to create a Bazzite/Nobara headless VM for light indie gaming with this?
