Issue with permissions on Android

Hi, I think I am experiencing an issue with permissions on Android. While the code I have works fine in the browser in Chrome, it does not work on Android....

"A reference does not exist for the specified audio id"

I am attempting to use this plugin in an Angular 1/Ionic 1 project but I am receiving the error message that "A reference does not exist for the specified audio...

I added an implementation of a download feature for the text editor.    I tried several options before arriving at what seems to be a temporarily optimal solution....
