The message is simply a deprecation warning and doesn't affect the behavior (as of node v21). If something goes wrong, there should be another issue.
It seems to be moved to https://github.com/qmk/qmk_firmware/tree/master/keyboards/omkbd/ergodash in qmk/qmk_firmware#16116. I think replacing `keyboards/ergodash` with `keyboards/omkbd/ergodash` will work.
