No module named rcnn_layers

When I ran the code: solver = caffe.SGDSolver(PROTOTXT) I met the problem as follows: No module named rcnn_layers. Can someone point me how to fix it? Thanks!

I think your work is very similar to "Deep Reinforcement Learning-based Image Captioning with Embedding Reward". I wonder what is the difference with them?
