Customize Swipe Actions

Sidenote: A plugin or preference-pane that allowed one to swipe using the cursor + drag (as opposed to trackpad events) would be greatly appreciated!

If debug server is unreachable, program hangs

Would agree that a `pydevd.settrace(..., timeout_secs=3)` or something would be fantastic. We can brew our own, but it seems like a common-enough flow.
