I've switched to `grunt-html`. With this plugin there is no need to be online and it uses the new validator.

The replacement with Imagemagick's `convert` was just a quick move because `rsvg-convert` doesn't have rendered the background transparent, but maybe this was a installation problem on my server (`2.40.13`).

See #34 because it offers the default interface for targets. The option `dir` is very crud.

What's the status here? Or, why is this not merged? To be honest, without balanced columns this plugin covers not very much use cases.
