Because osdsctl reference environment variable. ``` OPENSDS_AUTH_STRATEGY=keystone OPENSDS_ENDPOINT=http://192.168.1.213:50040/ ``` It doesn't use the endpoint registered in keystone. Therefore, there's no issue when you use osdsctl.
I think it's same issue as another issue I mentioned: #863
