obviously you will want to replace the service value with your echo entity.

I think it would be nice if there was the ability to configure it to throw an exception as some suggest and also an option to allow the missing value...

It seems that while the alc.exe help text specifies the parameter as outputFolder, the actual parameter the program expects is "outFolder". Just ran into this myself today. Hopefully the help...
