It looks similar to an issue I just reported. My guess is that the arms are in fact only identical because your parameters are discrete and are therefore rounded to...

I think that bounds indicate a discrete parameter. If you use [7.0, 75.0] instead, it'll be continuous.

An update from my side. I let my model run overnight to see whether it will stop suggesting the same points (which btw _quite often but not always_ do also...
