Not sure if I understand this issue correctly. #2922 should fix https://forums.zotero.org/discussion/116309/citation-key-not-displayed , which presumably is another form of this issue.
无需修改xpi，z7直接设置即可；z6可在首选项-高级-设置编辑器-`extensions.zotero.ZoteroPDFTranslate.gptModel`设为对应值即可
