Any reason we use the `WindowDraggingElement` instead of the `-moz-window-dragging` and manually resize the window? These designs contribute to most of the positioning problems.

不推荐使用line链接，建议使用section链接，定位到对应段落。 个人认为，在笔记中插入定位字符对笔记的语义是破坏性的，不是特别好
