Environment

OS: Windows 10
Zotero Version: 7.0.0-beta.60+91e1c6ca3 (64-bit)
Plugin Version: 1.1.4-beta.53

Describe the feature request

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. The design of BN is probably nice and efficient for those who use all the features. But for me, I find it quite aggressive to have all these icons all over the place, when I basically only want to use the plugin for the note links.

Why do you need this feature? I would like to clean up the interface, so that it removes all the things I do not use.

Describe the solution you'd like

The solution you'd like I would like to have a simple button to disable the sync. I do not want to sync my notes to an external notes editor. Then the Tools -> Sync Manager menu button would automatically disappear.

I would like to remove all the icons in the annotations pane of the Reader. I do not want to the Quick Note feature:

Quick Note: convert annotation to note with one click.

Alternatives you've considered Otherwise, I just feel that this is too much, and I just disable the plugin. But then I need to activate it again any time I want to use the note links.
