[Tabular] Add a universal random seed

I would like to use a `random_seed` argument in the `TabularPredictor.fit` method. I want to ensure that the random holdout set has the same rows for each model type.

BUG: read_sql produces duplicates

I have the same problem with SQL Server and modin.read_sql.

Import Profile feature does not finishes the process (looping)

Is there an update on the bug? I'm having the same issue on VS Code 1.100.2 and Windows 11 24H2. I think the import profile from file method fails if...
