After upgrading from ArgoCD 2.7.14 to 2.3.8 (to Openshift GitOps operator 1.10) started getting this same error when clicking on certain pods in the UI or when running argocd app...

Using `argocd login --sso` makes the ArgoCD CLI working again. Issue can be reproduced with: ``` - oc login... (updates kubekonfig) - argocd login --core ```
