Apps Gallery: Clarify that some tools only query English (!) Wikipedia

  1. Go to https://apps-gallery.toolforge.org/
  2. Look at "Search Starter": "Searches wikipedia and displays the first search result"
  3. Look at "Wikipedia Viewer": "Allows searching on Wikipedia"

Both seem to be only about English (!) Wikipedia but there are about 300 other Wikipedias. This should be made clear.
