Old versions of libupnp (as bundled in mediatomb) would *always* bind to 0.0.0.0 regardless of configuration 🤦‍♂️

It was an older version, with some patches. We have changed to use `UpnpInit2` from `UpnpInit` now, which supports ipv6, but that takes an interface instead of an IP. Perhaps...

Also, could you provide a debug log, if possible (you may need to build with debug support) then pass `--debug`

The whole log would be ideal, but ideally a decent chunk of files, 1000 or so. Hopefully we can glean what is happening If you dont want to post it...

@ghlupe2 @ckris1, if possible could you give the current master branch a try. We have made some improvements in reducing disk accesses and using transactions to reduce DB load.
