No, sorry, the IDE doesn't currently support include files other than for the built in libraries. I'm hoping to add this at some point, but I haven't yet worked out...

I didn't anticipate anyone wanting to do that, but you should be able to use the mouse to drag select the hex text and then use the keyboard copy command...
