No Godot 4 support (ported version attached)

I ported the whole thing to Godot 4 (beta 10) Not sure if it is 100% bugfree, but it seems to work. Needs some tidyup! [MaxSizeContainer.zip](https://github.com/MattUV/godot-MaxSizeContainer/files/10343833/MaxSizeContainer.zip)
