gallery not save new albums after move from localhost->live server

-albums not work on the frontend -cannot save any new album to backend all issues without js/php errors warnings when install new modx & gallery all works in another installation....

@charry1729 maybe the active account has just run out of ether which is why the deploy can't be paid with gas?
