I had the same problem. Its score is near 0.3, but the example shows near 0.7. Does anyone solve this problem?

May be not DeepAccNet-msa problem. lddt files in pdb-3track (ex. model0_0_0.05.features.npz) has similar aspect, near 0.3. >Sorry, as I check, lddt generation is a problem, in DAN-msa... :(
