Faust eventlet extras dependencies are broken

Just cloned the main branch and tried to install the requirements in the django app. I found the same problem. `ERROR: Could not find a version that satisfies the requirement...

Added Django 5.0, 5.1 and Python 3.12 to test matrix. Fixes #74.

I have multiple projects waiting on this. Anything I can do to help get this out?
