you can try to change the skin of steve and alex to the one you want in the game data folder open game data folder then go to versions/1.18.12.01/assets/skin_packs/vanilla alex.png...

the problem is android and windows auto update so all servers have to update to the latest version as fast as poseble becos atherwise they lose players

if you want it to lock like bedrock i think the fist is better but meby we can create some more idees first and then ask what ather players want
