Dockerfile for SurroundOcc

Hi all,

I am facing issues in setting up SurroundOcc project. My cuda version is 11.8. If I need to downgrade then I need to downgrade my ubuntu version also. If anyone has a Dockerfile that successfully runs the surroundocc, kindly provide.
