@smileMchen That would be good start. @grafmi did make changes to the code and Vtable.

@dudhia real should be able to handle any soil levels if they are set correctly in Vtable as well as METGRID.TBL. It looks like this PR has that.

This may not be ideal, but for most purposes, serially compiled WPS should work pretty well.
