yes - that's correct . In example, actually client-config.xml is server-config.xml . You can see correct client-xml-config values as https://github.com/RestComm/jdiameter/blob/master/core/jdiameter/impl/src/test/resources/jdiameter-weightedleastconnections-config.xml
