Confirmed: Issue seems to be isolated to Python 3.12 on Windows 11. Uninstalling and installing Python 3.10 fixed the issue for me - and to be 100% sure I did...

I too have noticed this - using a google calendar. A single appointment will show up fine, but a recurring one will not get picked up at all.
