Default --filter=pandoc-citeproc should be removed for pandoc 2.11 and higher

check pandoc version before push arg of "-f pandoc-citeproc"

As pandoc has removed reference to pandoc-citeproc since 2.11.2, it would be better to check version of pandoc [here](https://github.com/shd101wyy/mume/blob/1e52e93fba7bc6b6f76d467394a5d20e35bbf8a2/src/pandoc-convert.ts#L398 )
