@karanrane96 - could you attach an anonymized DICOM file to this? That image looks grayscale to me, so it isn't what I thought was causing the problem.

Running the minimal version is: yarn install:dev -f yarn test:e2e:serve then to switch back: yarn install -f yarn test:e2e:serve

Started working on this using dcmjs-dimse library.

I didn't setup any of this - not sure how it is configured or managed.
