Runner (v2.303) not working on AmazonLinux2023 due to missing ICU package

Hi everyone, run.sh works fine for me but running the runner as a service with svc.sh encounters this error libicu is installed and exported DOTNET_SYSTEM_GLOBALIZATION_INVARIANT=1 i still have the error...
