esip_codec:encode_via not check member value =:= undefined

For example, if host =:= undefined, it just encode record with some atom undefined, the encode returns ok, and it's result can not transfer to binary or send with udp...

esip_dialog prepare_request should include from and to "display name"

on line 162 and 163, the header From and To should contain display name but not , the display name should get from INVITE.

NEWLINES defined with NEWLINES?

parsec.hrl:31, dose it should be written as parsec:many1(?NEWLINE), not ?NEWSLINES.
