Hi this is due to HTML base `input type="range"` element which do not handle that case, basically if the `maxValue` is not a multiple of the `stepValue` starting from `minValue`

FIxed changing `inbound rules` to allow `TCP/IP` connections: please update documentation adding a step in RDS DB creation

@erik-valtechsd in the RDS Db instance page there is a `Securuty` tab there you can edit which TCP/IP connections are allowed or not also max pool allowed is 15 so...

Is there any PR to address this issue or may I open one?

@Mitchell57 same problem here, do you mind share your settings to scale the GUI i'm not entirely sure how you made it couse cannot see any scale fctor nodes
