Cannot find module '@cljs-oss/module-deps' building tests

I had kind of the same issue as @neilyio (it happened at all `:optimizations` settings). Removing `node_modules` and `package-lock.json` (maybe the latter wasn't necessary) and running `npm install` again fixed...
