Hello! The example listed at the bottom of the `readme`, located here (https://github.com/PX4/sitl_gazebo/blob/master/src/gazebo_opticalFlow_plugin.cpp#L141-L195), appears to have had its name changed from `opticalFlow` to `opticalflow` ... the old unix case sensitive...

Why 16.04 when 18.04 is available?
