Same project named differently when accessed from two different computers

I use two computers regularly (at office, ar home), working mostly on the same projects on both of them, using GitHub and IntelliJ IDEA.

One of the projects is tracked as two different projects on each of those computers. When working on one computer the work is tracked as being done in a project "root", which on the other one the work goes into "Cohubo".

The project is an Open Source project written in Scala / SBT, the project can be accessed at https://github.com/OpenGrabeso/cohubo if desired.

Having the stats split for the same project depending on a computer I work at is quite inconvenient, but I do not see a way how to explain it is the same project to Wakatime.
