Multiple accounts support

So I love wakatime for personal tracking, but it would be super helpful to have it be able to track multiple accounts based upon which project repo I'm currently working in.

In the future, we'll support:

  1. Tracking time from one IDE to multiple accounts (pair coding use case)
  2. Switching between accounts based on project/file path

I'll update this issue with more info when available, for now let's leave this open.
