Dont track non-active tabs or non-active windows in chrome

My stats are significantly off constantly, because I have multiple windows in chrome open with multiple tabs all the time, and it seems to constantly be tracking my idle time on the tabs in the background.

Its a ton of work to go through past activity and figure out which ones i was actively working on and which ones were minimized or not active.
