Claudeの精度向上を図る上でXMLタグを利用することが重要であるため、それを楽にする機能として実装する。 デフォルトの挙動にするか、オプショナルな挙動にするかは要検討かも。

現状、アップロード用のフォルダにフラットにファイルを保存しているため、他人の保存したメディアを参照・改廃することがアプリの設計上可能になっている（UUIDで命名しているため、ファイル名の予測は困難であるが） ユーザIDごとにフォルダを分け、バックエンド側で制御することで他人のメディアにアクセスできない作りにする。
