For now `actions.click` is always do click in the middle of element. It's not possible to click by coordinates from last `actions.mouseMove`

## Motivation Version of `@effection/dispatch` isn't the same as used in monorepo. That's why if we do some changes in `dispatch` package we will not be able to test that...

- Добавил `MutationObserver` для слежения за изменением DOM элементов контента. При изменении дергается обновление позиции. Это лечит проблему, когда при обновлении контента Popup не пересчитывает свою позицию - Fix #1392....

Сейчас для сборки доки библиотеки валидаций используется кастомный markdown-loader. Надо перенести примеры для использования их styleguidist'ом. Доку оставить по старому урлу http://tech.skbkontur.ru/react-ui-validations/
