I am facing the same issue. since the last update I have not been able to upload.
We have to send a complaint so they remove this from the app. It doesn't make sense! I live where there is no cell phone signal,Therefore, it makes no sense...
good news. today i received a small update of the app on the playstore that fixed the upload error
I'm not lying. This morning an update arrived for me on the PlayStore of a few kbs and then it went back to normal.
I'm using the beta version
