It would be nice to get a schematic to generate a facade with an empty command and empty state. Depending on the config of the schematic we generate the facade...
Tydux uses redux-devtools-extension, e.g. in [store.ts](https://github.com/w11k/Tydux/blob/master/projects/w11k/tydux/src/lib/store.ts#L3). But it neither declares it as dependency or peerDependency. As of redux itself is declared as peerDependency I would suggest to declare redux-devtools-extension also...
