the backends are no longer inside cimgui, i have this issue aswell. you can get an old version from https://github.com/Sewer56/ImGui.NET/blob/9b4bf4ea2cfefc72d9ce9c6044ae51ea9e2eb690/deps/cimgui/win-x64/cimgui.dll but its old as shit and the styling wont work...
