epdfinfo server repeatedly quitting on macos ventura poppler v 23.03.0

**Describe the bug** Upon installation of the pdf-tools package on my intel macOS ventura, when I try to open a PDF file, the message "epdfinfo server quit, restart it (y/n)?"....

eg from k9 if i'm in cluster-1 namespace my-namespace, the application will initialize into that cluster/ns.

idk if this possible but just provide a text prompt and specify the namespace. Generating a completion list is blocking and sometimes slow if lots of namespaces

in a particular namespace get all the events, default to viewing events in all namespaces `k get events -A`
