For lack of response, I'm archiving the repository without deprecating the npm package.

Homepage is 90% done (I need to convert the logo to an SVG, make the layout responsive, tweak a few colors, and remove some Lorem Ipsum content - like "FreeBSD"...
startMenu works (in general) because of the `|| (startEntry = this.bin)`. Whether it works for Edge doesn't really matter if we can find Edge through other means. PR is welcome...
I'm not sure how relevant this is, but array keys could be useful for compound indexes. For example `[author, publisher]` when storing books. Then, through key ranges you can answer...
