add `--captureExceptions` to the command

I think this is a limitation of serverless framework itself. Maybe somehow need to configure it better. I'm happy for any contributions here.

There's still a ton of features missing. If i had proper centering/zoom/bounding boxes to the map and editing, I'd like to release some sort of beta
