Delete the file `node_modules/react-native-keychain/android/src/main/java/com/oblador/keychain/cipherStorage/CipherStorageKeystoreAESCBC.java`. It appears to have been renamed with different casing `CipherStorageKeystoreAesCbc.java` somewhere along the line, and you have an old version.
