I know the reason. When I ran `:TsuStatusServer`, I got `Dead` message. What should I do?

When I run `:TsuStartServer`, it still says `dead`. It looks `tsserver` doesn't start automatically in Cygwin.

Could you be more detail on the issue ? It would be awesome that you could make a PR for it considering I am pretty much occupied with other projects...
